Usui reiki Ryoho was
discovered by Mikao Usui, in the early 1900's at the end of a
21 day fasting meditation on top of Mount Kurayama in Japan.
It is a form of hands
on healing, akin to other healing energies which healers and
energy workers use. Formally there are three levels of training:
Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki Masters. Reiki 2 also involves the
use of reiki healing symbols and teaches distance healing. Masters
